‘Twilight Market’

Thursday December 10th 2026 | Macclesfield Market Place | £60 pitch fee | Approx times: 12pm-1pm set up/ 1pm- 8pm event time.

This was an incredible event in 2023, 2024 and 2025 and sold out quickly, so please be quick if you want to join us on this one.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO BEFORE APPLYING. There is a potential major changer for this year.

IMPORTANT INFO:

THIS YEAR MAY BE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT AS WE MIGHT NEED YOU TO BRING A GAZEBO WITH YOU. The last few years we have used the councils market stalls but this is a little up in the air at present so we are working with the Town Council to look at other options.

If you don’t own a gazebo please don’t let this stop you from joining us, with the Town Council we’ll work to ensure we can accommodate all who want to come.

There will be Christmas lights, music, food, a giant teepee and our local makers market too – all around the Christmas tree, outside, in Market Place! It does get cold, it’s December, so please bear in mind you will be stood outside for 8 hours.

YOU HAVE TO BE ABLE TO LIGHT YOUR STAND UP VERY WELL (no electricity on site)

THE DETAILS

• We will be OUTSIDE in MARKET PLACE.

• Covered pitch may be provided or we may need to use Gazebos

• 16 trader pitches available

•We will try to make a couple of spots to be available as 50/50 shared table to allow 2 of you to join us who would struggle to fill such a big table (£30 each). This won’t be an option if we have to go down the Gazebo route sorry.

• Times are approximate at present, but will be around 12pm-8pm

If your application is successful, payment links will be then sent out and we reserve the right to offer your pitch to those on our reserve list if your payment is not made within 48 hours of us sending the payment link to you.

If you are unsuccessful on this occasion then we will endeavor to get you on the next available Made in Macclesfield Makers Market. We want to give ALL of our Made in Macclesfield members the opportunity to be part of our makers markets.

PITCH FEE, £60

THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE EVENT. PLEASE READ.

– Pitch fee, £60 – Payable within 48 hours of the payment request, otherwise we reserve the right to offer your pitch to our ‘reserve list’

This event costs a lot to put on, hence the £60 cost.

– ONLY 16 Trader pitches available

– You will need Public liability insurance/food hygiene certificate (just ask us if you need any help/advice)

– YOU must light your own stall, much more than fairy lights as it goes very dark after about 4pm. No electricity available.

– We will confirm set up time nearer to the time.

– Pack up at 8pm. No early pack-ups please. (unless the weather is terrible then the Town Council will make the call on an early pack up)

– Nothing additional to be put in-font or at the sides of your pitch- it gets very busy and we don’t want trip hazards.

– No pitch sharing unless we give permission. We also can’t allow you to sell products on behalf of another seller as it’s important for us to showcase the maker along with their products.
