‘Twilight Market’, 11th December.

Macclesfield Town Council & Made in Macclesfield Joint Event!

Thursday December 11th 2025 | Macclesfield Market Place | £60 pitch fee 12pm – 8pm trading time.

This was a incredible event in 2023 and 2024 and sold out within a day, so be quick if you want to join us on this one.

There will be Christmas lights, music, food, a giant teepee and our local makers market too – all around the Christmas tree, outside, in Market Place! It does get cold, it’s December, so please bear in mind you will be stood outside for 8 hours.

YOU HAVE TO BE ABLE TO LIGHT YOUR OWN TABLE UP VERY WELL (no electricity on site)

THE DETAILS

• We will be OUTSIDE in MARKET PLACE.

• Covered pitch, with table(approx 4x9ft) will be provided.

• 15 trader pitches available

•One of the tables will be a 50/50 shared table to allow 2 of you to join us who would struggle to fill such a big table (£30 each).

• Times are approximate at present, but will be around 12pm-8pm

If your application is successful, payment links will be then sent out and we reserve the right to offer your pitch to those on our reserve list if your payment is not made within 48 hours of us sending the payment link to you.

If you are unsuccessful on this occasion then we will endeavor to get you on the next available Made in Macclesfield Makers Market. We want to give ALL of our Made in Macclesfield members the opportunity to be part of our makers markets.

PITCH FEE, £60

THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE EVENT. PLEASE READ.

– Pitch fee, £60 – Payable within 48 hours of the payment request, otherwise we reserve the right to offer your pitch to our ‘reserve list’

Cheshire East Council charge a lot to hire these and put them out for us, hence the £60 cost.

– ONLY 15 Trader pitches available

– You will need Public liability insurance/food hygiene certificate (just ask us if you need any help/advice)

– YOU must light your own stall, much more than fairy lights as it goes very dark after about 4pm.

– We will confirm set up time nearer to the time.

– Pack up at 8pm. No early pack-ups please. (unless the weather is terrible then the Town Council will make the call on an early pack up)

– Your covered market pitch is approx 4x9ft, nothing additional to be put in-font or at the two sides.

– No pitch sharing unless we give permission. We also can’t allow you to sell products on behalf of another seller as it’s important for us to showcase the maker along with their products.
