Macclesfield Town Council 10th Birthday Celebration!

Saturday May 17th 2025 | Macclesfield Town Hall | £40 pitch fee (times approx 10:15am – 3:45pm (trading 11am-3pm)

Join us to celebrate all that is amazing about Macclesfield as Macclesfield Town Council host their 10th birthday celebration!

We find that combining our makers markets with other events really increases footfall and makes it a great day for traders and visitors alike

THE DETAILS

• We will be INSIDE the Town Hall.

• Table (sized 5.25ft x2.75ft) and chair provided.

• 22 trader pitches available

• Trading times will be approximately 11am-3pm.

If your application is successful, payment links will be then sent out and we reserve the right to offer your pitch to those on our reserve list if your payment is not made within 48 hours of us sending the payment link to you.

THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE EVENT. PLEASE READ.

– Pitch fee, £40– payable within 48 hours of the payment request, otherwise we reserve the right to offer your pitch to our ‘reserve list’

– 22 Trader tables available, we don’t cram tables in as we like it to feel relaxed and spacious for our traders.

– You will need Public liability insurance (just ask us if you need any help/advice)

– We will confirm set up time nearer to the time, likely to be 10:15am-11am

– No early pack-ups please. Pack up is from 3pm.

– Due to space, Nothing additional to be put in-font or at the two sides of your table please, please check with us first if you really need to add something.

– Please stay behind your table during the market, so not to block other traders etc. Obviously popping round if you need to occasioanlly!

– No table sharing. We also can’t allow you to sell products on behalf of another seller as it’s important for us to showcase the maker along with their products.

-As this market is inside, it will go ahead regardless the weather, unless we’re told to cancel. We have to pay upfront for room hire so unless the town hall cancel it on us we have no option but to carry on.
