‘BIG CHRISTMAS MAKERS MARKET’, 29th November 2025.

Macclesfield Town Council & Made in Macclesfield Joint Event!

Saturday November 29th 2025 | Macclesfield Town Hall | £50 pitch fee times approx 10am – 5pm (trading 10:45am-4:15/4:30pm)

GREAT FOOTFALL!

‘Step into Christmas’ is the busiest event in the Town Council’s calendar and this will be our first BIG makers market with them here.

We find that combining our makers markets with other events really increases footfall and makes it a great day for traders and visitors alike

THE DETAILS

• We will be INSIDE the Town Hall

• Table (sized 5.25ft x 2.75ft) and chair provided.

• 30 trader pitches available

• Trading times will be approximately 10:45am-4:15/4:30pm.

If your application is successful, payment links will be then sent out and we reserve the right to offer your pitch to those on our reserve list if your payment is not made within 48 hours of us sending the payment link to you. This will be a VERY popular market!

If you are unsuccessful on this occasion then we will endeavor to get you on the next available Made in Macclesfield Makers Market. We want to give ALL of our Made in Macclesfield members the opportunity to be a part of our makers markets.

PITCH FEE, £50

THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE EVENT. PLEASE READ.

– Pitch fee, £50 – payable within 48 hours of the payment request, otherwise we reserve the right to offer your pitch to our ‘reserve list’

– 30 Trader tables available, we don’t cram tables in as we like it to feel relaxed and spacious for our traders and visitors.

– You will need Public liability insurance/food hygiene certificate (just ask us if you need any help/advice)

– We will confirm set up time nearer to the time, likely to be 10am-10:45am

– No early pack-ups please. Pack up is from 4:15/4:30pm.

– Nothing additional to be put in-font or at the two sides of your table please. We have to be strict about this as we have had had to maximise the space available.

– Please stay behind your table during the market, so not to block other traders etc. Obviously popping round if you need to occasioanlly!

– No table sharing please. We also can’t allow you to sell products on behalf of another seller as it’s important for us to showcase the maker along with their products.
